Step 1

Bake Sausage in large baking pan with some oil. Mix the sausage around to make sure it doesn't stick to the pan. Prepare ziti. Drain ziti and sausage. Add a little more oil to the sausage in the pan. Put ziti on top of sausage. Drizzle some oil. Chop collard greens and place on top of ziti. Carefully spoon sauce on top of collard greens to cover the entire top layer. Drizzle some oil. Place grated cheese on top. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut out portions and serve as though it were lasagna.
