Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 med green pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3-6 cayenne peppers, chopped
- 3 (16oz) cans red kidney beans
- 3 (16oz) cans chili beans
- 1 large can Campbell's tomato juice
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp ground cumin
- salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1
Brown beef, onions, peppers, and garlic until no longer pink; drain. Mix all ingredients in large pot and cook slowly for 5-6 hours.
