  • 1 -15 ounce can of black beans rinsed and drained
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder1onion (can use green onions)
  • Salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients in food processor (blender can be used) until mixture is smooth and creamy.

Step 2

Remove humus from food processor and place in a bowl and cover and place in refrigerator until ready to use.
