Paprika and Garlic Coated Chicken Bites

  • Chicken breasts
  • Flour
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Oregano
  • (or Shake n' Bake)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cooking oil

Preparation

Step 1

Slice the chicken breasts into chunks and douse with salt and pepper

Step 2

Combine flour, garlic powder, paprika and oregano in a small bowl (or place the Shake n' Bake)

Step 3

Coat the chicken chunks with the flour mixture and set aside

Step 4

Heat shallow oil in a large skillet pan

Step 5

Place the chicken chunks carefully in the pan and fry one side until brown. Flip to cook the other side until cooked.

Step 6

Place cooked chicken chunks on a paper towel

Step 7

Cover with Thai Chili sauce

Step 8
