Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 4 Tbls butter
  • Marinade:
  • 1/4 C soy sauce
  • 1/4 C water
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 medium onions, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare marinade and pour over chicken in airtight container and marinate all day.

Remove onions from marinade and saute until light brown. Brown chicken in 2 TBLS of butter. Add onion and marinade mixture. Cover and bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover last 10 minutes of cook time.

Serve over Rice.
