Ingredients

  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 4 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 3 cups Flour

Preparation

Step 1

Add the milk to the flour, salt, powder and sugar. Beat well and add eggs and cream. Beat thoroughly and bake in waffle iron. Use 1/2 cup batter in iron.

Step 2

Sauce:
2 cups Milk
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
1 Egg (optional)

Cook until thick and add butter. Stir constantly!
