Complex and full vinaigrette recipe for spinach salads

  • tbsp white truffle oil
  • 1.5 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp fresh tarragon
  • 1 shallot
  • tsp mustard powder
  • tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Step 1

finely chop shallots and tarragon

Step 2

Mix everything but the oils and lemon juice together.

Step 3

Slowly add the oil while blending until all oil has been added. Adjust seasoning with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
