Step 1

Beet, Carrots , Potatoes , Zucchini and Chicken Purée (9 months +) - Step 1

Peel the potatoes, carrots, zucchini and beet, then cut into cubes.

Step 2

Beet, Carrots , Potatoes , Zucchini and Chicken Purée (9 months +) - Step 2

Cut the chicken into cubes.

Step 3

Add all ingredients into the steamer.

Step 4

Cook for 15 minutes.

Step 5

Add a tablespoon of olive oil to achieve a smoother texture.

Step 6

Once cooked, place in a blender and mix until a smooth puree.

Step 7
