Ingredients
- 10 ounces cauliflower florets (about 3 cups)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 cup diced yellow onion
- 8 ounces pepper jack cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese, plus a little extra for garnish (if desired)
- 1 tablespoon chopped jalapeno pepper
- ¼ cup diced tomato (I like to include only the ‘meaty’ parts, not the seeds and ‘liquidy’ parts), plus a little extra for garnish (if desired)
- Chopped cilantro for garnish (if desired)

You'll drool over this 3 cheese, bacon-wrapped baguette.
INGREDIENTS
- Blue cheese
- Cheddar cheese
- Mozarella
- 1 baguette
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Bacon
METHOD
- Cut your cheeses into thin slices
- Slice baguette down the middle (like a sandwich)
- Layer cheddar, blue, and mozarella cheese inside the bread
- Top with sun-dried tomatoes
- Close baguette and wrap with bacon strips
- Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
- Slice and serve!
