- Salt
- Coriander leaves
- For sauteing
- Green chilli
- Curry leaves
- Mustard
- Methi seeds
- Red chillies -2
- Tuar dal
- asafoetida

- tuar dal - 1 1/2 tablespoon
- boiled tuar dal- 1/8 cup
- Sambhar powder - 1 spoon

- Tamarind - 1 inch ball
- Any vegetable (Radish, cauliflower, carrot, etc)
