  • 1 pint of strawberries, washed and diced into
  • 1 package of strawberry gel/pie filler
  • 2/3 cup of confectioners sugar
  • 1 carton of cool whip

  • Crust:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine or butter
  • Filling:
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 pkg frozen strawberries, thawed (or1+ pounds fresh, chopped a bit)
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup whipping cream
