Carrot juice

Stock up on your morning vitamin reserve with a glass of freshly extracted carrot juice. This anytime beverage is particularly delicious and wholesome at breakfast. In a bowl, combine grated carrots and a bit of lemon juice, then store in the fridge to cool overnight. The next day pour into a blender, add the juice of 2 oranges and a hint of maple syrup for sweetness and mix well. Pass through a strainer to get a smooth drink, and serve straight up.
