Prepare Quick Chocolate Crumb Crust: Combine chocolate wafer crumbs and butter
- Quick Chocolate Crumb Crust
- 1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 3 packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 container (8 oz) sour cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Cocoa
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 3 eggs
- Quick Chocolate Drizzle
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tsp shortening
Chocolate Shortcake

Preheat oven to 425F. In a medium bowl, combine baking mix, cocoa, and nutmeg
- 2 cups Bisquik
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- FILLING
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
Chocolate Bundt Cake

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 10-inch Bundt pan with cooking spray
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans (optional)
- 3/4 cup margarine, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 4 squares (4 oz) semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup reduced fat sour cream.
- For the Glaze:
- 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate morsels (1 cup)
- 1/4 cup skim milk
Chocolate Berry Cake

- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup low fat milk
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- FILLING and TOPPING
- 2 cups sliced strawberries, divided
- 1 1/2 cups nonfat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp honey

- 1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup low fat buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 package (20 oz) refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 1 package (9 oz) refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 1 bag (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
Cream Crab and Clam Dip
