Strawberry Shortcake

Preheat oven to 450F spray baking sheet with cooking spray
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp grated orange zest
- 3 Tbsp butter or margarine, cut into pieces
- For the Filling
- 2 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 Tbsp orange juice
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- vanilla nonfat yogurt and mint leave for garnish
Honey Grilled Pork Chops

- 4 center cut loin pork chops with bone, an inch thick and trimmed
- 1 can (8 oz) sliced pineapple in unsweetened juice
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp slat
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
- green onion strips for garnish
Apple Pork Tenderloin

preheat oven to 350F. To prepare glaze, in a small nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat
- 2 Pound pork tenderloin, trimmed
- For the Glaze
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped (about 3/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup dry white wine or apple cider
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
