Step 1
Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water for 20 minutes then drain. In a saucepan, bring cream to a boil and add the feta cheese, cut into pieces. Cook over low heat and stir for a creamy and smooth texture.
Step 2
Stir in pasta. Add nutmeg and a pinch of pepper. Thinly slice ham. Sauté a few minutes in a skillet without fat. Divide pasta in glass jars. Top with shredded ham. Garnish with parsley.
