Ingredients

  • 2- 8 ounces packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 9 ounce can crushed pineapples drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 2 tbs finely chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons of seasoned salt
  • 2 cups chopped toasted pecans, divided

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first five ingredients

Step 2

Stir in 1 cup of pecans, cover and chill for one hour or till firm

Step 3

Shape mixture into a ball and roll in the remaining cup of pecans

Step 4

Place on a serving platter with crackers and serve
