  • Skinless Chicken Breast
  • Flour
  • Chicken Broth

Step 1

Cook chicken, saving one cup of broth

Step 2

Add enough flour to broth to make into dough

Step 3

Roll out dough (thin) and cut into strips

Step 4

Dice chicken and return to water. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add dough strips to boiling water and chicken.

Step 5

Add salt and pepper to taste

Step 6

Cook 20 minutes or until all noodles are cooked
