Ingredients

  • Chicken, thinly sliced
  • 1 package Chow mein noodles
  • Choi chopped
  • SAUCE ONE
  • 1 ¼ C. Chicken broth
  • 3 tbs. Oyster sauce
  • 2 tbs. Soy sauce
  • 1 tbs. Sugar
  • SAUCE TWO
  • ¼ C. Water
  • 2 tbs. cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

Mix Sauce One and Sauce Two separately

Step 2

Boil full kettle of water and rinse mein in colander

Step 3

Fry mein and set aside

Step 4

Sauté chicken in sesame oil with a bit of minced garlic and minced ginger

Step 5

Add Sauce One and choi, cook till choi is soft

Step 6

Add Sauce Two

Step 7

Pour over mein
