  • cashews
  • garlic couscous
  • Dressing:
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon curry powder

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the dressing together. Pour it over the cold shrimp, grapes and cashews. Serve over hot garlic couscous.
