  • Chinese sausages (optional)
  • 1 wheel E-fu noodles
  • 1 can Straw mushrooms rinsed
  • Green onions chopped
  • 2 cloves. Garlic minced
  • ½ teas. Cooking wine
  • 3 tbs. Oyster sauce
  • 4 teas. Soy sauce
  • ½ teas. Sugar
  • ¼ teas. Sesame oil
  • ½ C. water

Step 1

Blanch noodles in boiling water

Step 2

Remove, drain and rinse in cold water

Step 3

In pan, sauté garlic and mushrooms

Step 4

Add wine and green onions

Step 5

Mix sauce and pour sauce into pan to simmer
