Potato Wedges with Cheese Sauce

Step 1

Wash and cut potatoes. Mix oil and seasonings, then dip potatoes in it and layer on cooling rack over baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 45 min. Warm canola oil, mix in flour, then milk and melt cheese.
