Step 1

SAUTE: ONION, GARLIC, PARSLEY in OLIVE OIL until onions are translucent
add PIMENTO PASTE and stir

ADD OCTOPUS, BEER AND

(OR OMIT POTATOS AND SERVE OVER COOKED RICE)

COOK UNTIL OCTOPUS IS DONE.
