  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1/2 onion
  • chopped

Step 1

In casserole dish, spread rice at bottom and then place chicken over the rice. Spread chopped onion over the chicken. Mix soups and water in a bowl and pour evenly on top.

Step 2

Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Step 3

Remove cover and back an additional 30 min.
