  • 1/2 package instant lemon pudding
  • 3/4 - 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 carton of 12 oz container of Cool Whip
  • 4 oz cream cheese cut up
  • 1-2 cups marshmallows
  • 1 can fruit cocktail

  • Eggs
  • Confectioner's sugar
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Sugar
  • Flour
  • Butter

  1. Separate egg yolks and whites
  2. In a bowl, whisk egg whites

  11. Grate lemon rind and sprinkle the zest over the top of the pavlovas
  12. Serve!
