Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- finely chopped
- 1 large clove garlic
- minced
- 3 Tbs of butter
- 2 Tbs of olive oil
- 1/8 cup parsley
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 cup dry white wine (chablis)
- 2 cans whole clams
- 1 can minced clams with juice from all
- salt
- pepper

Step 1
Saute onion, garlic, and butter until tender. Stir in parsley, oregano, and wine, stir in and simmer a few minutes to blend flavors.
Step 2
Add clams with juice. Let simmer for 4 minutes to combine flavors. Salt and pepper to desired taste.
