This light, airy Nutella Mousse is the perfect no-bake dessert.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • Cream Cheese
  • Nutella
  • Sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Milk
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkles

METHOD

  1. Mix together cream cheese, Nutella, sugar, and vanilla extract
  2. In another bowl, whip milk to soft peaks using an electric mixer 
  3. Stir in with Nutella mixture
  4. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream
  5. Add chocolate shavings or sprinkles
  6. Serve!

  • 2 Red Bell Peppers
  • 1 Cup Cooked Quinoa
  • 2 Medium-Large Garlic Clove, Minced
  • 1/2 Small Onion, Minced
  • 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cup Black Beans, Drained & Rinsed
  • 1/2 Cup Corn Kernels (frozen is fine)

Preheat oven to 375. Rub the peppers with 2 Tbsp

  • 4 Green Bell Peppers - Halved Lengthwise with Ribs and Seeds Removed
  • 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Quinoa
  • 1 lb. Ground Pork
  • 8 Cloves Garlic - Sliced
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 4 tsp. Smoked Sweet Paprika
  • 3 oz. Feta - Crumbled
