Eat butter!

Butter is rich in vitamin D, phosphorus and calcium. Even though butter has gotten a bad rap in the last few years, it's starting to be hailed for its health benefits. Just be sure to select pure butter and not 'light' or 'low-fat' versions, which often contain loads of preservatives and chemicals.
