The most important part of eating a healthy diet is eating fresh food that's been prepared from scratch. If you can, buy fresh, organic vegetables from a farmer's market. If you can't, then the supermarket is fine -- just be sure to buy good-quality produce. Avoid pre-made, pre-cooked meals because they often contain loads of hidden fat, salt and calories.
