Many speculate that this royal couple will take a page out of Will and Kate's book. Their 2011 wedding breakfast diverged from the more elaborate spreads of their predecessors, featuring a three-course meal of salmon, lamb, and Berkshire honey ice cream. At their more intimate wedding dinner, as many as 10,000 canapés were served! They were made using locally-sourced ingredients and other UK specialities, such as Scottish Haddock and Yorkshire pudding.
The caterer has yet to be confirmed, but Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will likely hire the London-based company Table Talk (which serviced both Kate Middleton's wedding reception as well as her sister Pippa's).
