Zucchini and Feta casserole

  • 8 oz Greek feta
  • Scant 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 lbs zucchini
  • 1/3 cup of soft butter
  • 1 1/4 c flour
  • 1-2 tbs olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 ° F.
