Zucchini and Feta casserole

- 8 oz Greek feta
- Scant 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 lbs zucchini
- 1/3 cup of soft butter
- 1 1/4 c flour
- 1-2 tbs olive oil
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 ° F.
Wash and peel the zucchini, then cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and cut the zucchini into thin slices and sauté in a pan with olive oil.
Step 2
Crumble the feta cheese and pour over the zucchini. Salt and pepper, spread the mixture into a baking dish.
Step 3
For the crumble: Place the flour in a large bowl, add the room temperature butter (softened and cut into pieces) and knead the mixture until a sandy texture. Spread mixture over zucchini
Step 4
Bake for 20 to 25 min.
