Zucchini gratin with goat cheese and honey

  • 1 pound zucchini
  • sour cream
  • butter
  • 10 small slices fresh goat cheese
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • Salt and pepper

Step 1

Cooked zucchini in boiling water in a bowl combine the zucchini with salt, pepper and sour cream.

Step 2

Take an oven proof dish and butter, place a layer of zucchini. Then the goat cheese, and cover with zucchini, put in oven for 30 minutes! Before sitting down to eat, drizzle honey on it!
