  • 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard, or to taste
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 4 thin slices ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese, halved

Preparation

Step 1

Spread bread with mustard and top with equal amounts of chicken, ham, and cheese. Place on a foil lined baking sheet.

Step 2

Bake at 400F for 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and sandwich is heated through.

Best served with light salad, preferred vinaigrette.
