Pizza Pie


Quick and easy, greasy and cheesy. Comfort food!

  • 1 large prepared Pie Crust
  • 1lb Ground Beef
  • 4 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Sautéed bacon bits
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Peppers
  • Black olives
  • 2 large Onions
  • Oregano

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2

Sauté ground beef in large sauce pan over medium heat until browned. Add in bacon bits, diced onions and stir. Take off heat and set aside

Step 3

Line bottom of prepared pie crust with some ground beef mix and sprinkle with oregano. Add cheese, then other toppings of choice, then cheese, then meat mixture. Alternate until crust is full. Cover top of pie with remaining cheese, making sure there is enough to generously cover entire top.

Step 4

Cook in oven for 45 minutes or until cheese is brown on top,

  • Pizza Dough (homemade or store bought)
  • Shredded cheese
  • Pizza sauce
  • Cured ham, shredded
  • 4 eggs
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Fresh basil


  1. Roll out the dough
  2. Use a small bowl to cut the dough into rounds
  3. Add shredded cheese
  4. Place in oven on an oven tray afr 10 min at 355°F
  5. Put each dough round into a ramekin
  6. Add 1 tbsp pizza sauce, a handful of shredded cured ham 
  7. Break an egg into each pizza
  8. Top with sliced cherry tomatoes and a basil leaf
  9. Place in oven for another 15 mins at 355°F
  10. Garnish with parsley and a pinch of pepper
  11. Serve and enjoy!
