Hearty French bread appetizer with tomatoes, black olives, feta cheese mixed in a Greek and Italian dressing topped with melted motzz cheese.

- 1loaf of frsh.French bread, 3-4 tomatoes, 1sm.can black olives, feta cheese, oregano, garlic powder, Italian and Greek dressing and motzz cheese slices.

Preparation
Step 1
Cut loaf of French bread at an angle at about 3/4 in.pieces.lay bread flat on a cookie sheet. Pre-heat oven broiler.
Step 2
Dice tomatoes and place into mixing bowl.open can of olives and drain the chop into small bits and add to mixing bowl.
Step 3
Break off some feta cheese and crumble into tomato mix.
Step 4
In a small seperate bowl add 1/2 cup of Italian dressing and 1/2 cup of Greek dressing and mix well set aside.
Step 5
Add spices to tomato mix. About 1 teasp. Oregano, 1 teasp.garlic powder.
Step 6
Slowly and lightly add dressing to tomato mix. Be sure to taste as you go so you don't over power tomato mix with dressing.mix well
Step 7
Add a scoop or two of tomato mix to each piece of French bread. Then cover each piece of bread with a slice of motzz cheese.
Step 8
Bake bread in broiler untill cheese is melted with a very light brown toasted Color to it. Plate and serve.

Amp up your bruschetta, with a flavorful French twist!
INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 Cup of blue cheese
- 1/2 Cup of cream cheese
- Green peas (cooked)
- 4 Sun-dried tomatoes (halved)
- 2 Slices prosciutto
- Toast
METHOD
- Mix together the blue cheese and cream cheese.
- Spread onto toast.
- Top with green peas, sun-dried tomatoes, and prosciutto.
- Enjoy!
