- 1 duck
- 2 apples
- one quarter cup raisins
- 6 oranges
- 3 peices of bacon
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Obtain and clean a duck.
Step 2
Chop apples, mix with raisins. Use this to stuff the duck.
Step 3
Put the duck in a large baking pan. Lay the bacon over the top of the duck.
Step 4
Squeeze the oranges and strain out the pulp. Pour this over the duck. Keep basting while it cooks.
Step 5
Bake at 400 until tender.

INGREDIENTS
- Blue cheese
- Cheddar cheese
- Mozarella
- 1 baguette
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Bacon
METHOD
- Cut your cheeses into thin slices
- Slice baguette down the middle (like a sandwich)
- Layer cheddar, blue, and mozarella cheese inside the bread
- Top with sun-dried tomatoes
- Close baguette and wrap with bacon strips
- Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
- Slice and serve!
