  • 1kg chicken fillet-cubed
  • 1 tsp green masala
  • 1/2tsp ginger garlic
  • 1tsp dhana jeeroo
  • 1/2 tsp aminas wonder spice
  • 1/2 tsp aminas tikka spice
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to ur taste
  • 1 tsp peri peri sauce
  • 1/4 tsp arad
  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • Green pepper cubed
  • 1 onion cubed

Step 1

Marinate chicken in all the spices, for a couple of hours, or even overnight.

Step 2

Heat butter in a pot. Add one medium sized onion thinly sliced. And allow it to braise. Once pink, add in the chicken and allow to cook thoroughly.

Step 3

Serve with a crispy salad, fried cubed potatoes and white rice!
