Ingredients

  • 1 med onion chopped.
  • 500g cubed chicken fillet.
  • Green chillies crushed.
  • Salt.
  • 1tsp garlic.
  • Lemon pepper.
  • 1 pkt white onion soup.
  • 1 pkt cream of mushroom.
  • 1 cup shell noodles.
  • 1 tin cream style sweetcorn.
  • 250 ml fresh cream.

Preparation

Step 1

Braise onion in ghee add meat,green chillies,salt,garlic,lemonpepper, and cook unti tender.

Step 2

Mix pkt soup with 2ltr of cold water n add to pot n boil on low heat for 15 min.

Step 3

add sweetcorn n noodles, n boil for 15/30 min till noodles is done.

Step 4

lastly add fresh cream n serve. Enjoy with garlic rolls
