Ingredients

  • 1leek finely chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1/2red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 carrot chopped
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • 1medium can tomatoe sauce
  • 1can water
  • Flavour to taste with margoram, basil leaves, salt, pepper, oregano
  • 1 small pack ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked noodles

Preparation

Step 1

Brown the ground beef in a large pot. Add the rest of the ingredients except noodles.

Step 2

Bring to a boil and let simmer for 2 to 3 hours. Add noodles and serve

More water can be added to make a thinner soup and different vegetables can be added instead of those listed
