Ingredients
- 1leek finely chopped
- 1tomato chopped
- 1/2red bell pepper chopped
- 1 carrot chopped
- 1 stalk celery chopped
- 1medium can tomatoe sauce
- 1can water
- Flavour to taste with margoram, basil leaves, salt, pepper, oregano
- 1 small pack ground beef
- 1 cup cooked noodles

Step 1
Brown the ground beef in a large pot. Add the rest of the ingredients except noodles.
Step 2
Bring to a boil and let simmer for 2 to 3 hours. Add noodles and serve
More water can be added to make a thinner soup and different vegetables can be added instead of those listed
