- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Of Fine Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 Cup Ketchup
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- Sprinkle Pepper Over Top
- SAUCE:
- 2/3 Cup Of Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Of Water + 1/4 Cup Of Water
- 1/2 Cup Of Ketchup
- 1/2 Cup Of White Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Cornstarch

Drain pineapple into measuring cup and then add water to the juice so that there is 2 full cups
- 1 can pineapple
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp cornstarch

- 1 egg
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 ½ lbs. ground beef
- ¼ cup minced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. celery seed
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- ¼ tsp. sage
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Sauce:
- 1 can pineapple tidbits drained (reserve syrup)
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. corn starch
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
