Stop drinking soda

Try to avoid drinking soda as much as possible. Even low-fat or 'diet' sodas aren't exactly the healthiest drinks out there! If you really enjoy sipping on a fizzy drink, why not try carbonated water with a lemon wedge instead? Herbal tea is another delicious option.
