Have an alcohol-free day once a week

Even if you love to party or can't help enjoying a glass of red wine with your meal, it's still a good idea to take a break once a week. Decide on one (or better, two!) days a week that will be alcohol-free. This way you'll limit your calorie intake and your liver will have time to cleanse itself.
