Star shaped pancakes

Make a really fluffy pancake mix and use your Christmas shaped cookie cutters to make fun shaped pancakes!

Either use a protective glove though so you don't burn your fingers when removing the cutter, or use a spatula to remove the pancake with the cutter and place on a plate until cool enough to touch. Remove the cutter, turn over and cook for 1 minute on the other side.
