  • SAUCE:
  • one large can (28 oz.) chopped tomatoes
  • 2 -15 oz. cans tomato sauce
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 T. sugar (to counteract tomato acid)
