- 2 bunches celery, chopped
- 6 Tbsp, heaping garlic, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 cups low sodium beef broth
- 0.6 McCormick sage
- Bourbon Barrel Smoked Pepper

Thoroughly clean your cornish game hen and roast in the oven for 90 minutes on 325-350 degrees

Preheat the oven to what you wish
- 1 tablespoon Sage or savory, 1 1/2 teaspoon salt, 3/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley, 3/4 cup celery, 1 large chopped onion or 1 cup of onion, cooked potatoes, 1-3 eggs, 3/4 cup melted butter, and bread.

- 3/4 tsp. thyme 1-1/2 C. chopped celery
- 1 tsp. sage
- 3/4 tsp. basil
- 3/4 tsp. rosemary
