  • 20 oz Bourbon
  • Mint sprigs
  • Mint Julep Simple Syrup
  • Equal parts Mint Julep Sugar and water

Preparation

Step 1

For the simple syrup, stir together 3 oz water and 3 oz Mint Julep Sugar on medium low until all of the sugar is dissolved. Let the syrup cool. Mix the bourbon and 5 oz simple syrup together. Dip 10 mint sprigs into the simple syrup then Mint Julep Sugar. Pour the bourbon and simple syrup mixture into glasses and garnish with a mint sprig.
