Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup onions chopped
- 1/2 cup bell peppers chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 19 oz kidney beans drained and washed
- 2 cup turkey meat, skinless cooked and cubed (or try ground turkey)
- 1/2 cup Monterrey Jack cheese grated

Step 1
Combine all ingredients except cheese in your slow cooker. Cover and
cook on low for 6-8 hours, or medium for 2-3 hours. Sprinkle with Monterrey Jack before serving.
