Step 1

dice tomatoes and onions, mixing altogether with one packet of dry italian dressing seasoning mix 1/2 cuz of parmesan cheese

Step 2

cut bread on a bias into four slices, heat stove to 350 degrees, top tomatoes mixture onto slices of bread

Step 3

top bleu cheese onto each slice of bread

Step 4

heat in oven for 10 minutes till cheese is melted

Step 5

serve enjoy!
