  • 3 med Potatoes (peeled and diced)
  • 2 carrots (peeled and sliced)
  • 2 Celery Sticks (sliced)
  • 1 med Onion (chopped)
  • 2 T Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1 lb Stew Meat (cubed)
  • 1/4 t Parsley
  • 1/4 t Thyme
  • 1/8 t Cumin
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1/4 t Pepper
  • 1 16 oz Whole Tomatoes

Step 1

Brown meat in skillet and remove all except 2 T of grease. Put in a crock pot along with remaining ingredients and cook on high for approximately 2 hrs
