Ingredients
- 3 med Potatoes (peeled and diced)
- 2 carrots (peeled and sliced)
- 2 Celery Sticks (sliced)
- 1 med Onion (chopped)
- 2 T Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 t Salt
- 1 lb Stew Meat (cubed)
- 1/4 t Parsley
- 1/4 t Thyme
- 1/8 t Cumin
- 3 cups Water
- 1/4 t Pepper
- 1 16 oz Whole Tomatoes

Step 1
Brown meat in skillet and remove all except 2 T of grease. Put in a crock pot along with remaining ingredients and cook on high for approximately 2 hrs
