Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Penne pasta
  • 1/4 Cup Red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 gloves of garlic,crushed
  • 2 tea spoons of dried oregano
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2/3 Cups Extra olive oil
  • 10 Cherry tomatoes cut halves
  • 1 small Red onion sliced
  • 1 small Green pepper chopped finely
  • 1/2 Cucumber, slice thin
  • 1/2 Cup sliced pitted black olives
  • 1/2 Cup of crumbled Feta cheese

Drain and rinse with cold water
