Italian Salad Chicken

  • 2 T Italian dressing mix
  • 1/4 C cider vinegar
  • 1/2 C oil
  • 3/8 C water
  • 1 t granulated garlic
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 lb chicken breasts cut into around 4" chunks

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together.

Step 2

Pour over chicken and marinate 8 hours or overnight.

Step 3

Grill chicken until 160 degrees.

Step 4

Slice and put onto salad.
